In Search of a Celebration!

Looking to find an easy, healthy way to keep meals exciting, I started pickling colorful vegetables at home and soon I was sprinkling them on everything — just like confetti! I knew these bold colored, big flavored veggies were worth sharing, so I started Veggie Confetti. Since then, we’ve added more pickled veggies to the party, turning dishes across the country from drab to daring and delish — that’s definitely something to celebrate!​
